Your price includes the licensed black cab, my services as your accredited London tour guide and professional photographer, route planning, shoot time at iconic locations, and edited high-resolution images delivered via an online gallery (with social-sharing and print-ready files). There are no hidden fees. The only extras are optional things like attraction tickets (e.g., Tower of London) or extending the time on the day

• Your cancellation:
  

  • Up to 4 full days before the tour start: full refund of sums paid.

  • 3–1 days before: 50% refund of sums paid.

  • On the day: no refund (refunds on the day remain at our absolute discretion).

• No-shows/late arrival: No refunds for no-shows. Late arrivals may reduce your tour time and are not refundable.

• Rescheduling: A change of date/time is subject to our availability. If we cannot accommodate, the request will be treated under the cancellation terms above (unless we agree otherwise in writing).

• Our cancellation: If we cancel (including illness), you’ll receive a full refund or be offered a reschedule/substitute where possible — your choice.

• Weather/conditions: We can often operate in light rain and typical London weather. If conditions are unsuitable, we’ll try to move the tour; if no suitable date is found, we’ll provide a full refund.

• Traffic/access issues: If roads are closed or movement by cab is impractical, we may offer a walking tour or other reasonable alternative. If no solution works, you’ll get a full refund.

• Vehicle breakdown:
  

  • Before the tour: you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • During the tour: a pro-rata charge will apply, taking account of time elapsed and photos already taken; we will agree this with you at the time.

• Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR): Because our services relate to leisure activities for a specific date/period, the usual 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to dated bookings made at a distance (online/email/phone).

This is London — weather happens! Tours run rain or shine. I adjust the route (covered arcades, museums exteriors, pretty mews, bridges) and use creative spots that look fantastic in rain. If conditions become genuinely unsafe or you don’t wish to continue, we’ll try to reschedule; if that’s not possible, I’ll discuss refund options in line with my policy.

Most guests book 3–4 hours. Shorter or longer bespoke sessions are absolutely fine — from a focused 2‑hour highlights run to multi‑day itineraries. Tell me what you want to capture and I’ll recommend the sweet‑spot for timing.

Yes — every tour is bespoke. We can mix the classics (Big Ben/Westminster, Tower Bridge, St Paul’s, South Bank) with hidden alleys, colourful mews and Shoreditch street art. For a 4-hour private London photo tour, you’ll typically receive 30-40 fully edited images (often more). My usual delivery time is 7-10 working days, with a rush edit available if you need images sooner. For a 3-hour tour, they usually get 10-15 photos from only two spots

I shoot on professional Nikon mirrorless bodies with a selection of fast lenses ideal for portraits, cityscapes, and low-light photography. I also carry a compact lighting kit for flattering portraits when needed.

Via a private, password‑protected online gallery. You’ll get two folders: low‑resolution (perfect for WhatsApp/social) and high‑resolution (ready for printing). You can download and share with family and friends, and you’re welcome to ask for tweaks or re‑edits.
